In spring quarter I am going to finish my AA with the best grades possible so I can attend a good University when I come back from Germany in two years. I want to improve on using the things I've learned in class and extending them to my every day life because this will improve the quality of my education greatly. Why did you get involved with the Student Senate? For me, being part of the Student Senate is the most effective way to make an impact on the campus. Since this institution is all about us students we have the responsibility to get involved and cause the changes that we want to see. Appreciation for diversity and different cultures is something that can make everyone's lives so much fuller. I know that I have to give a lot to SPSCC and being Senator for Multicultural affairs provides me with the tools. I am either going to attend Western Washington University, University of Washington, or the University in my hometown Munich. Personal Info I am a 19 year old international student from Germany. I came to Washington 3 years ago, went to Raymond High School my junior and senior year and started attending SPSCC fall quarter 2006. My family is very important to me and I miss them very much so I am going to go back home to Munich after this year. I believe in education for everyone, social justice, that every person has the power to better themselves and the world if they just try hard enough and that with that power comes responsibility to do so. In my free time I enjoy reading, dancing, eating, the outdoors, conversations, and everything new and unknown.
